I find the documentation on the Help pages incredibly extensive but also very confusing. Would you be able to answer my questions below regarding converting to Real Time Data from delayed?

I trade CME futures (Euro and GBP) I have the Sierra Chart delayed data feed and I am looking to upgrade to the real time Denali for CME Futures. I note that to get the lower fee level I need a funded futures account - which I do with Interactive Brokers. I am non-professional.

In order to receive the real time data on Sierra Chart via Denali , does my IB account need to be connected to Sierra Chart all the time or do I just need to have demonstrated that I do in fact have the required futures account? The reason being that IB only allows the data to be used on one machine at a time.

If I need to set up a separate Denali account, which one do I go for?

I “think” from page https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges that I just need option 2 (US$3.50 per month); Is this right? The only upgrade I want from delayed to real time is for the footprint chart which just needs time and sales data I do not need market depth etc.

If you could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

You only need to connect at least once a month, in order to verify your account for the CME Group Non-Professional requirement.

If you do not need Market Depth data, then you the Full CME Group for Non-Professional accounts for $3.50 per month would be a fine choice. This will give you all the data from the CME Group.

To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you first need to be on Package 11 (this gives you the ability to get the real-time data and connect to trading services) and this package includes the Numbers Bars (footprints) study. Refer to the instructions at the following link for this:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: Activating Service Package*

Then you just need to go through the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for the CME Group. These instructions are at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

In terms of the connection to IB once a month, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Your subject for this thread refers to two computers at the same time. If you need to get the data to two computers running Sierra Chart at the same time, then refer to the following information/instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
