I keep getting this error when trying to place orders through the DOM, Teton CME order routing (order rejected). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed for trading for account. I have tried contacting the clearing house and they told me to go from step 5 in this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartDirectOrderRoutingService.php#SetupInstructions, which I believe I have done, and it seems to be connecting correctly, but I get the order error every time I post one.

I think it regards every symbol, but the ones I have tried so far are: 10YG23_FUT_CME, 30YG23_FUT_CME. I just tried now and got the "Internal Order ID: 74. Service Order ID: 575968", does this help?

I am seeing the same thing this morning for WTI crude mini's, while the ES mini's are fine. MCLK24_FUT_CME 2024-03-27 10:50:24.830 \| Teton CME Order Routing (Order reject). There was an issue with the information from the CME for the MCL symbol. I am getting the following: 'Trading Evaluator (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error- Symbol not found in margin data. Margin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation <=0. Invalid.' As a result I'm stuck in a CLK24 trade - the bracket orders were cancelled when I tried to flatten and now it won't even let me replace the stop manually or exit the position.

Thank you very much for this. Could this issue possibly affect live trading? I see that there was also the issue with Teton order routing: Trade Order Error \| Post: 377272 order rejected \| Post: 377341 opening position problems \| Post: 377410

It was not the exact same issue, but there was a related issue with live trading for just the symbol MCL. Brokers were given a work around fairly quickly, but AMP has decided to wait for our final fix on this, so if you are trading with AMP using our Teton Order Routing, you will not be able to trade MCL. We expect to have the issue resolved today, so everything should be fine for the open on Sunday night. The problem only affected MCL for live trading because the CME removed that from the span margin file available on their website. It would not be affecting other symbols.
