I keep getting this error when trying to place orders through the DOM, Teton CME order routing (order rejected). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed for trading for account. I have tried contacting the clearing house and they told me to go from step 5 in this: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions, which I believe I have done, and it seems to be connecting correctly, but I get the order error every time I post one. |
