hello, i am getting the error - Teton CME Order Routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not found in margin data. Margin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation <= 0. Invalid - when i try placing orders for symbol MCLK24_FUT_CME on denila data feed. Don't known if it's just MCLK24_FUT_CME or all nymex symbols. i am subscribed to the nymex feed, its always worked fine but just stopped working yesterday. i have updated sierra chart to the newest version, reconnected to the server but it still doesn't work. kind regards K.Smith |
