Hello i have a big problem when I open my profile.
I have à blank space and I have the follwing message "service client does not support market data subscriptions ,click for symbol information"

What is the setting of Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to?

You are only setup to get the Delayed Streaming Data. As such, you need to set the Current Selected Service to Trading Evaluator - Delayed.

Hi John...

I recently renew my service (Package 10).

I'm struggling to load a chartobook from a course I bought. There are "configured" chartbooks to CL and ES futures. the problem is that i found the exact same message as to OP in this post when i try to load any of those 2 chartbooks..

I set my sim trading to Trading evaluator delayed.

What am i missing?

After you open the Chartbooks select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Most likely the charts in those chartbooks are not setup with the symbols you need for the Trading Evaluator. This is not unusual, as every service uses a different symbol.

If you prefer to write in your native language, you are free to do so. We use Google Translate to translate messages into English for us.
