got only delayed stock data

Hi there, although I have enough credit, all stock related services are activated, I only get delayed data. I've been trying for hours with no result... do someone have an idea to solve this? I'm glad about every hint or input, thanks in advance.... Uwe |

You are using the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, therefore you need to enter your stock symbols with the suffix -NQTV. For example, you need to enter IBM-NQTV. If you just enter IBM, then that would be data from our other feed, which you are not subscribed to, therefore it is not constantly updating.
