Data delay with active Denali service

I noticed a delay in data yesterday and today. I've checked against my other CME data feeds and the price on SC is painting behind my other platforms approx 10 min.

I've updated to the latest version of SC, and have double-checked that my services are active.

Can you verify that everything looks good from your end, and maybe determine a reason my data is delayed approx 10 min?

We are somewhat confused by what we are seeing. You are not setup to get the data for the CME Group from us. And since you are connecting to a Rithmic account you should be getting the data from Rithmic.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I don't think it's a data issue now. I've experimented w another internet connection and it seems to have resolved the issue. I've been on for abt the past half our and everything seems to be as expected.
