Downloading Continuous Contract Data - Taking a long time

My PC crashed and now having to re-setup Sierra charts. I have switched symbols to F.US.MESH23 on my charts and connected to my provided AMP. The charts are displaying "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" for a long time and chart data does not come up. I have waiting at least 10 minutes for the download but nothing. I also find the connection is disconnecting from which I need to reconnect.

Follow the instructions here to improve download performance:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance

We recommend increasing the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 4 Seconds for now.

Also reduce this setting:
Chart Settings: Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Days to Load menu)

Reduce that setting first.
