My PC crashed and now having to re-setup Sierra charts. I have switched symbols to F.US.MESH23 on my charts and connected to my provided AMP. The charts are displaying "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" for a long time and chart data does not come up. I have waiting at least 10 minutes for the download but nothing. I also find the connection is disconnecting from which I need to reconnect.
