I have paid the requested amount but now I have a 15 to 30 minute delayed SIM account which does not allow me to trade Ninja Trader live. Up to this point I have been able to trade Ninja Trade live but now I can no longer trade. So what is a poor guy supposed to do? I think I need to move to Stage 5 Brokerage and then I will no longer be in limbo. My Sierra Chart trades will be live and my Apex Trader Ninja Trader will be live. So what do you think I should do? I am patiently waiting for your reply. Thank you.

The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Hi, I've paid the amount to get live data, it was a Package 4 and when i was on sierra charts it shows delayed data. Can you please help me fix this issue? Thanks.

I don’t use ninja trader, but I don’t use neither of those you mentioned. I believe it’s teton order routing/stage 5.

At this time you should be getting the real-time data. If not restart Sierra Chart.

If there is any incomplete data in the charts:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
