Hi, The default value of days to load in my chart setting is 4380 days. However, I actually can load the historical data up to 2021 Jan for daily and weekly chart. Can you please advise how to get it fixed? Thanks

Hi Alex, for DAX Data you can activate EUREX (EOBI) Exchange that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliEUREX With regard to HSI, that is available via the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges Set-up instructions: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions
