I changed my SC package to Base advanced and this morning my charts are not updating I can't even get a basic price bar chart with nothing but candlesticks. My charts only have candlesticks and the Volume by Price study. I've deleted any other charts. How do I get the data to start working correctly and updating my charts. Thanks

You should be at least getting delayed data.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I posted several hours ago about my data not updating. You responded with instructions which I followed and then sent a copy of the Message Log in a reply to your email. I have not heard anything back yet. My data is still not updating. I've rebooted and reconnected again but still I get delayed data from several minutes before but not real time. Can you let me know if this is being worked on. Thank you.

The problem arises from the change in the package you made, where you are still setup to get real-time data from the data feed, but you are not on a package that allows you to get real-time data, so you got caught in the middle.

The question we need answered, is whether you are wanting real-time data or delayed streaming data?

With package 5 that you changed to, you can not get the real-time data for the Denali Exchange Data feed. So if you are just wanting to get delayed streaming data, then Package 5 is fine. Otherwise, you would need to be Package 11.

Let us know the data you need and we will take care of it from there.

With regards to why we did not respond sooner is because we do not look at the emails until later - this Support Board is our primary support method, so we want you to post your Message Log to this board and then we can look through it. Or, you could let us know that you emailed it and we would be able to look at it that way then. But we did not know until you posted your last message that you had sent anything to us.

I see. Ok, then package 11 is fine. I need real time data, not delayed. Will you change that or do I need to do it?

Thanks for your help. I should have checked this thread sooner. Please let me know if you are taking care of switching my package or if I have to do it.

We have set your account to Package 11, so you should be good now.

Just keep in mind that you do not currently have any exchanges set to renew on January 1, 2023, so you will want to reactivate (or activate) the exchanges you want the real-time data for.
