I have two questions

  1. I recently connected my live trading account with SC and my data shows as delayed. is it because I don't have an active CME group's real time data feed?

  2. I also want real time NYSE tick data. So which data feed package covers this? NASDAQ total view or Nasdaq basic or is it covered within CME 4 pack bundle?

1. You are correct, you do not have any exchanges active, therefore you will not get the real-time data, even though you have satisfied the non-professional requirement of having a live, funded, futures trading account for the CME Group.

2. We assume you are wanting the Market Statistics for the NYSE Tick (TICK-NYSE). This is available at no cost as part of any Sierra Chart package. Refer to the information here:

Thanks for the quick response. Yes my second question was about NYSE tick and I will use market statistics.

I have another question on having real time feed of ETF sector such as SPDR XBI, XFI from Nasdaq total view. I saw two packages one for $15 and another for $85. What’s the difference between these two packages and my requirement is to check the real time market correlation between ETF sectors and CME futures as I trade in futures market only. So Which one should I purchase to have real time data for these symbols?

The difference between those two options is whether you are a Professional trader or not. If the exchanges consider you a professional trader, then you would need to use the Professional option, otherwise you would use the Non-Professional option (the cheaper one).

There is no difference with regards to the data between the options.
