If you do not need the real-time data then you can use our Delayed Streaming Data to get the information from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. All you need to do is to go to File >> Find Symbol and there are some instruments listed under the NASDAQ TotalView section, but you can just type in the name of the stock, you just have to add the suffix '-NQTV' (no quotes) in order to specify that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. For instance, you would enter IBM-NQTV not just IBM. Once you open a chart, you will want to go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times and setup the Session Times as you want them. Otherwise, if you want real-time data, then you will need to change to one of our Integrated packages and then activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. I just need the historical intraday data at the end of the day. Was there a problem yesterday either on your side or on my side which gave the error?

Your Session Times are overlapping which could be the source of your problem.
