I am receiving connection errors see attached file. Max Connections for Same Device. I have 8 separate connections for evaluation trading accounts. I'm connected to Rithmic Direct DTC for all 8 instances. I'm not sure why I'm receiving this max connection message when I'm not connected to SC Data - All Services. Is there a workaround to this?

You are receiving that message because you are using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. As such, you are only allowed to connect from 3 separate instances on the same computer to the data feed. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously

If you need more than this, you can have a second computer with 3 additional connections by paying the exchange fees a second time. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

Another option would be to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feed to No for installations for which you would want to get the data from Rithmic rather than our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

We also need to check on another possible option. We will respond back tomorrow once we have had a chance to check into it.

Sorry, but the other options we were thinking about are not any better (and actually worse) than what is currently available to you.
