You are receiving that message because you are using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. As such, you are only allowed to connect from 3 separate instances on the same computer to the data feed. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously If you need more than this, you can have a second computer with 3 additional connections by paying the exchange fees a second time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Another option would be to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feed to No for installations for which you would want to get the data from Rithmic rather than our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
