Historical data not downloading

I am connected to the Apex-Rithmic server. When opening my chartbook, the yellow 'waiting to download historical data' message shows.
This successfully changes to the blue 'Downloading historical data. Bars may not appear until done.' However, it has been over 24 hours and the historical data has not downloaded.
This is becoming a regular occurrence, which stops me from trading on about 50% of all weekdays, stopping me from earning a living whilst still charging me for services.

Is there anything I can do to help this download complete on a consistent basis? Thanks

The Rithmic data does not contain much historical data - only about 5 days worth. You would need to limit your charts to have less than 5 days of data. But even then, we can not say that there is not something else occurring.

The other option is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:

Hi John, thanks for your reply. I now understand there are many issues with Rithmic and I am looking into ways to use Sierras data.
Anyhow, I have attached my message log here. I believe the issues lies within the line that states
'Market depth data has been rejected for symbol: ESZ2.CME. permission denied'
Do you have any idea why this might be?
I have got in contact with Rithmic about this issue but they are yet to reply.

That message just means that you are not setup to get the Market Depth data from Rithmic. It has nothing to do with the historical data.
