I am connected to the Apex-Rithmic server. When opening my chartbook, the yellow 'waiting to download historical data' message shows. This successfully changes to the blue 'Downloading historical data. Bars may not appear until done.' However, it has been over 24 hours and the historical data has not downloaded. This is becoming a regular occurrence, which stops me from trading on about 50% of all weekdays, stopping me from earning a living whilst still charging me for services. Is there anything I can do to help this download complete on a consistent basis? Thanks |
