Data freezing?

Hi All! It seems that I have a problem with receiving data in SC (sim with package 10, no live account)? It hapens very often that the data in the charts are freezing and after around 30 sec it continues ("downloading historical data" appears). Basically I have a stable 150 mbit internet connection and I am connected via lan cable directly to the router (no Wifi/WLAN). During these 30 sec I can open new websites which are not in cache etc., so the internet connection is active every time... What I have found out is that I'm not the only one - during a web-meeting and a shared screen of another user, he had the same problem as me at the same time! Can you imagine what could be the issue? I have also done a screen recording where you can see it... Thank you in advance. Kind regards Tom |

Does SC save the message logs anywhere over a period? Or is it deleted when closing SC?

Are you referring to Central European Time? And what was the symbol? You are also using the delayed data feed. Due to how that feed works, you really should not notice any data freezing issue. yes, it's Central European time. Symbol is ESH23-CME (S&P 500 mini) in simulation mode (no live account), but the symbol is also included in the log To be honest: this data freezing issue keeps me away from trading with real money... sometimes the duration of the data freezing is around 30 seconds and was also happening during an open trade (in sim). If this happens in a real live account it could be very bad. Did you see the error code 10053 in the log? (German text behind) Maybe Windows closed the connection or has a problem with SC?
