Hi All! It seems that I have a problem with receiving data in SC (sim with package 10, no live account)? It hapens very often that the data in the charts are freezing and after around 30 sec it continues ("downloading historical data" appears). Basically I have a stable 150 mbit internet connection and I am connected via lan cable directly to the router (no Wifi/WLAN). During these 30 sec I can open new websites which are not in cache etc., so the internet connection is active every time... What I have found out is that I'm not the only one - during a web-meeting and a shared screen of another user, he had the same problem as me at the same time! Can you imagine what could be the issue? I have also done a screen recording where you can see it... Thank you in advance. Kind regards Tom
