Your log shows the following: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: NQZ2.CME.
So it looks like you are not setup to get the data from Rithmic, and you are not setup to get the data from us, therefore you are not getting any data. On the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings do you have the entries for your Rithmic Username/Password for data filled in? Make sure these are not blank if you want the Rithmic data. We recommend setting up our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the Setup instructions for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have already setup Denali data feed last month and it was working fine till last evening but suddenly it stopped working after I pay to unblock CME data. If I am putting username/password of Rithmic in Market and historical data it is working fine and not showing [M] on the chart means it is in Rithmic. But when I remove username / password for market and historical data and select "Yes" for "Allow Support for Sierra chart data feeds" in Common settings it is showing message that historical data skipped, the bar are also not moving however I can see in the datafeed status that it is receiving the data. Note. This setting was working fine till last evening. Attaching screenshots of my settings. |

Sorry just figured out. I had to reactivate CME datafeed which was disabled. It is alright now. Thank you |
