Your log shows the following: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: NQZ2.CME.
So it looks like you are not setup to get the data from Rithmic, and you are not setup to get the data from us, therefore you are not getting any data. On the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings do you have the entries for your Rithmic Username/Password for data filled in? Make sure these are not blank if you want the Rithmic data. We recommend setting up our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data.
