Connecting to Apex and Rithmic don't work

Hey, i'm trying to connecter sierra chart to Apex rythmic but it doesn't work, i'm sending you a screenshot of my installation and also the message I have in the log !

Thanks John it's working now but how to be sure that i'm using the denali exchange data feed if I don't want to have market data issue?

You are setup to use the Denali Feed in terms of your account setup.

Check the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds and make sure this is set to Yes.

Then, the last thing to check is that you have an [M] showing at the end of the symbol in your chart header. Refer to the following:
