Hey, i'm trying to connecter sierra chart to Apex rythmic but it doesn't work, i'm sending you a screenshot of my installation and also the message I have in the log ! Thanks a lot ! Thanks John it's working now but how to be sure that i'm using the denali exchange data feed if I don't want to have market data issue? 'If you have any market data issues and you are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then read the Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy.' Thanks as always ! |

You are setup to use the Denali Feed in terms of your account setup. Check the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds and make sure this is set to Yes. Then, the last thing to check is that you have an [M] showing at the end of the symbol in your chart header.
