You are setup to use the Denali Feed in terms of your account setup.

Check the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds and make sure this is set to Yes.

Then, the last thing to check is that you have an [M] showing at the end of the symbol in your chart header. Refer to the following:
