Hello SC Team,

I upgraded to package 11 today (including Denali feed). I wonder why I still get delayed data or no Market-Depth data.
I thought the feed is included in the package ? What is the problem ?

Where I read that you should book additional real-time data (33 dollars per month). Is that correct ?
If so, what advantage do I have then at all that the Denali feed is included ? I do not see any difference/benifit....

Is it generally possible to downgrade a package?

My desired configuration is as follows: Order execution via Rhytmic (unfortunately, there is no other way with my provider), but real-time data and market depth via Denali feed.

With kind regards

Hi User355493, I missed you with my call just now, please let me know if you wish me to call you back. Even on SP11 which you would need to be on to (1) connect to an outside service like Rithmic, or (2) activate Real-time Futures Data via Denali, you would still need to pay the Exchange its Real-time Exchange Fee, that is not included in the price of SP11.

Is your focus just the CME Exchange, or do you need Real-time Data from all 4 CME Group Exchanges? If your focus is ES and NQ, you can have that Real-time Data including Market Depth for just $11 per month. Please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

Denali is the Access, the Historical Data, the Full Market Depth availability, the Server Infrastructure, the Hosting (in the same Data Center as the Exchange Matching Engine), the Distribution, etc ... however the CME Group and all other Futures Exchanges want their Real-time Exchange Data Fees:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)
