Hi. I'm with AMP and have Denali with CQG routing. I had to reactivate my live data due to low balance. Now I don't receive live data. Contacted AMP and they said everything looks good on their end and to contact you guys. Thank you. |

You must have been getting data previously from CQG, but we no longer are allowing CQG data into Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you will need to go through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You can also stop the data from CQG, as you do not need to pay for it in both places. Just be sure to keep the order routing with CQG, you just need to stop the data. I think I switched from CQG to Denali some months ago for data. I only have CQG for routing since AMP doesn't support Teton routing yet. On my SC account I have Denali active. At AMP I have CQG no data, which means Denali data and CQG routing. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-11-11 14:07:43
