You must have been getting data previously from CQG, but we no longer are allowing CQG data into Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you will need to go through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You can also stop the data from CQG, as you do not need to pay for it in both places. Just be sure to keep the order routing with CQG, you just need to stop the data.
