Not getting data on charts

Hi, Starting yesterday I noticed that my charts are not showing data feed anymore. It was working on Friday and it seems to be stuck on Friday. I notice that the PnL is still the result of Friday, whereas it usually resets to zero the next day.
I checked when my denali feed fees need to be paid and it is Nov 15. Plus I should have enough funds to pay for the data.
I don't feel comfortable knowing where else to check and tinker with. Would appreciate your help.
In past, I was able to get a brief phone call regarding data. Can you please do that again to help me get up and running quicker?

Everything about your account looks good, so you should be getting the data, at least for the CME Exchange, as that is the only one you have active.

Note that the exchange renewals are on the first day of each month, and this is separate from your package renewal date.

If you are still having a problem with the data, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
