Hi, Starting yesterday I noticed that my charts are not showing data feed anymore. It was working on Friday and it seems to be stuck on Friday. I notice that the PnL is still the result of Friday, whereas it usually resets to zero the next day. I checked when my denali feed fees need to be paid and it is Nov 15. Plus I should have enough funds to pay for the data. I don't feel comfortable knowing where else to check and tinker with. Would appreciate your help. In past, I was able to get a brief phone call regarding data. Can you please do that again to help me get up and running quicker? Thank you John |
