I'm using Denali +CQG for order routing and things have been working great till lately.

Since the latest Sierra updates I've noticed a thing
-I normally keep My Sierra Chart opened and working all day long
-Lately I've noticed that if during the day, when I'm not in front of the screen I switch it to "suspend/sleep mode", when I come back and switch it on again it reloads charts but often I miss some part of the chart
-the problem subsist even if I do "delete and download chart" (the empty part of the chart remains)

Is there something that I'm missing?
Shouldn't it load from Sierra Chart servers (Denali) it it missed some data (when the pc whas in sleep mode?)
regards

We did have an issue yesterday with historical data not being sent out properly. This was fixed yesterday afternoon.

You can fix any missing data by following the instructions at the following link:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

If you continue to have this issue, then let us know, as the system should automatically fill in any missing data.

It looks like you are showing issues from a Sub-Instance. If this is the case, then you would need to open a chart for the same symbol in your Main Instance (if you do not already have a chart open) and then go through the process as outlined at the following link to redownload missing data:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Once you have the main instance showing the correct data, then you can repeat the process to delete and redownload the data in the sub-instance and that should take care of it.

Ok I'll go back to what I was doing in the past, all the charts on the main instance and the DOME for executing orders on a sub istance.

I made this change because you told me that it was better for speed reasons to do in this way, and actually it is, trading with the DOM on the main instance was seeming more fluid, but I'll go back to my previus setup (charting on the main instance and trading on the sub istance) moreover soon I'll be upgrading the pc so there should be no problem.
I'll let you know if I will experience the same issue also on the main instance.
Tks

First use a 1 Minute, not Renko, chart and check for missing data that way. And then re-download the data with this command:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Part of the problem could be something related to a Renko chart making it look like there is missing data when there is not.
