It looks like you are showing issues from a Sub-Instance. If this is the case, then you would need to open a chart for the same symbol in your Main Instance (if you do not already have a chart open) and then go through the process as outlined at the following link to redownload missing data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) Once you have the main instance showing the correct data, then you can repeat the process to delete and redownload the data in the sub-instance and that should take care of it.
