Hello. Up till now I have bough service package 10, which by the description includes live market data (which I assume I dont need to buy additionally and its included in those 36 dollars.) I make this assumption based on this Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: Activating Service Package* > If you already are using Service Package 10, Package 11, or Package 12 for your Sierra Chart Service Package, then skip this section as the Denali Exchange Data Feed is already included with those Service Packages. Then I follow this guide Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services and initially configured SC Data - All Services and then my Interactive brokers where in common settings its checked to use sierra charts feed data as yes. However, my charts still are not showing up [M] Symbol near by my future charts and its not clear why. Currently, for me it seems like I followed all steps in guide, tried to disconnect and connect, tried to start new instance and still its not showwing [M] symbol near by my chart which I assume means even though there is seamless integration behind the scenes but it didnt work for my account? Attaching some screenshots as well from my configuration. Would be really greatful if you could point out what I have missed and why I got to this situation where I think I bought, signed everything though my software still doesn't show [M] indicator near by my charts. P.S. Added as attachments my services settings and here is chart image https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1667573541396.png |

You were only meant to skip that one "section" of the instructions which go through changing your package. You still need to go through the rest of the Denali feed setup instructions and eventually activate (and pay for) the exchanges for which you want real-time data. Follow the instructions starting at the following link for the CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you want data for EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView, then follow the instructions starting here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ah, so I misunderstood the docs, thats totally my bad. So it means, if I want real time futures data, my monthly expenses would by 36 dollars for service + 33 dollars for Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts? Have I understood correctly the pricing schema? |

Just for everyone who will be reading this thread, after doing additional steps that John pointed out, now I see [M] near by my charts.
