I am so frustrated with Sierra chart. Does it have to be so difficult? Every day it seems I have to change the time setting or session to get my chart correctly. Today, initially I had 8 hours of data missing from my TPO chart and I think while figuring it I completely screwed all my charts, my foot print is not loading and my TPO is only one candle in one corner of my chart. I am completely in loss of things to try. The support documentation is long and sometimes confusing. I still don't understand, what does date range and limiting means? and what does date range in file means?

I would seriously wish somebody call me and help me out. I just want to get things work!

It sounds like your main issue is that you are missing some historical data.

There is some problem with historical data downloading and we are looking into it. In the meantime, you should be able to fill in any missing data by following these instructions:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
