It sounds like your main issue is that you are missing some historical data. There is some problem with historical data downloading and we are looking into it. In the meantime, you should be able to fill in any missing data by following these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
