When downloading Intraday charts i keep getting this message:

Download Failed.
Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPZ22.
Historical data file not available for symbol.

I tried to copy and paste my message log into this post but it will not work after following all the instructions.

I will send my log for analysis instead.

I have the same issue - missing data

Download Failed
Error downloading historical intraday
data for F.US.ENQZ22. Historical
data file not available for symbol

I haven't changed any settings since last run of SC. I tried downloading/installing current version, and still have issue.

*EDIT - ISSUE RESOLVED

re-downloaded intraday data

There is some problem with historical data downloading. We are looking into it. In the meantime, you should be able to fill in any missing data by following these instructions:

Yes I just tried the above link and that worked thanks!

Although it did erase all my drawings I previously had on the chart. Is there any way for me to get those back?

First item - we have resolved the issue with the historical data. It was completely a human error that should not occur again.

With the delete and redownload, your drawings should not have been removed. Check in the Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window to see if you can find them there, and look at the Anchor points to determine where they are now located on your chart.

It sounds like perhaps you had them before where the data was missing and then by redownloading it pushed the drawings much further back in time.
