I would like to have two Sierra both trading a long and a short position at the same time on the same instrument.

I came to understand that I need a second data connection.

I think, I'm meant to contact you for that.

Correct me if I wrong, please.

You do not need a second data connection, what you need is a second trading account. Refer to the information here:
Overview of Trading: Maintaining Long and Short Position for Same Symbol

If you already have, or when you have, a second trading account, then you can change the active account for an account from the Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Or, if you want, you can install a second Sierra Chart and have one set for one account and the other for the other account. Refer to the following:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

In this last case, as long as the installations are on the same computer, then you can get the Denali data to both installations at no extra cost or changes, it will just work. If this is on separate computers, then you would need to pay for an additional exchange fee. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

--

On a separate note, we see that your Denali exchange did not renew on November 1 as you did not have enough funds in your account. The exchange fees renew each month on the first day of each month and can not be pre-paid like the service packages. Please add the necessary funds and then you can reactivate the exchange from the "Recurring Services" page by scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange" for the exchange you want to reactivate. You can access the Recurring Services page from the following link:
