I have issues with my data could you help me to solve that?

The main issue is related to the message you are receiving that states "Real-Time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol...".

We no longer bring in data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. And since you are not signed up for our Denali Exchange Data Feed yet, you would have been getting the Delayed Streaming Data, which is 10 minutes behind the market.

In order to setup the CME Group data through our Denali Exchange Data feed, follow the instructions at the following link:

Once you have the Denali data setup and working, you can then tell your broker that you no longer want the data from CQG.

After you have the real-time data working again, then see if you still have an issue placing trades.
