TransAct cut off the ability for Sierra Chart to work with them. Therefore, you can no longer trade from Sierra Chart with TransAct nor can you use TransAct for account verification.

You were continuing to get the real-time data from our Denali feed because your account was verified as a non-professional through October 31, 2022. Because of this, as of today (November 1, 2022) you are no longer verified as a non-professional and therefore can not get the real-time data for the non-professional exchanges.

If you still want to use Sierra Chart, you can change brokers, and we recommend using one that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers that support it at step #2 at the following link:
