I am currently trading an evaluation account with Apex. This morning I had to renew the Denali data feed subscription. I am connected to Rithmic but am not getting any historical data over the past 24 hours. Everything worked fine over the past week up until this morning. Does renewing the account have anything to do with it? How do I get the historical data? It seems like it should just happen without changing a lot of settings. Please advise.

I've tried the delete and download data but it's not working.

When I'm on the Teton data feed I get everything but I'm not getting it when I'm on the Rithmic feed. Everything I read regarding this issue says 'just activate the Denali data feed and everything will work fine'. Please help.

Ok I got it fixed. Apparently edit>delete all data and download is different than right clicking on the chart and selecting delete and download data. Using the edit tab and selecting delete all data and download fixed it.

Thank you.
