Hello SC Team, I get this mesasage and can`t connect to the Data feed. Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccesful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM. What can I do? Furthermore I want to activate also the Eurex Data feed starting from 01.11.22. Thank you. Regards Antonino |

You need to contact your broker. They have turned off your CQG account. You need to ask them why. To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
