Hi, I have my brokerage account at Transact Futures, but obviously my own account with you. I noticed today that the symbols are no longer coming up as esz2 as an example, like what I use for transact. I am trying to understand if that is correct , as the symbols always correlated one another. Thank you. |

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart a few months ago. As such, we setup our system to change your connection so you are not dependent on a TransAct connection. This also changes your symbols. You can continue to use Sierra Chart for charting, but you will only be able to continue to get the real-time Denali data through October 31 as that is when the verification of your trading account ends for the non-professional status for the CME Group. After that, to continue to get the real-time Denali data, you will need to connect to another live, funded, futures trading account. You can use the solution outlined at the following link to open an account for as little as $100 in order to make this qualification: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Or, if you are willing to change brokers, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. Thank you for the info John. I had no idea about this. I guess I need another account quickly to have access to sierra. I wonder, if I go w edgeclear, do I even need sierra, as I am led to believe it has much of the same.

Your account is verified for the non-professional data through November 29, 2022. So you will be able to continue to get the Denali data until then. I am getting a message from sierra that I will not get realtime quotes as of tomorrow, and I need to open an account at another firm, since you dont deal with transact anymore. It is also asking for a payment.

That is your Usage Time that is renewing tomorrow. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart you will need to renew your package. You are setup for Package 11 which costs $46.00 per month. Therefore, if you add enough funds to have at least $46.00 in your account today, then it will automatically renew for tomorrow. You will be able to continue to get the real-time data from our Denali data through November 29, as that is the date that is set for your verification. You do have to have a valid package, of course, to get the data. You will need to eventually. But for the time being, you are still able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This will continue until November 29, 2022. At that time you will not be able to get the real-time data unless you open another account, at least for verification purposes.
