TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart a few months ago. As such, we setup our system to change your connection so you are not dependent on a TransAct connection. This also changes your symbols.

You can continue to use Sierra Chart for charting, but you will only be able to continue to get the real-time Denali data through October 31 as that is when the verification of your trading account ends for the non-professional status for the CME Group. After that, to continue to get the real-time Denali data, you will need to connect to another live, funded, futures trading account. You can use the solution outlined at the following link to open an account for as little as $100 in order to make this qualification:
