I hope you are very well, I tell you that I am having problems with the Sierra Charts platform, as I show in the attached images when I start session the platform does not update the price of S&P 500 and sometimes shows the price outside the normal range, Does this error occur because I do not have a real data account? and in case of obtaining it this would be solved? What do you recommend to me? I remain attentive and thank you very much. |

You are using our Delayed Streaming data, so the chart will not match the real-time data, as it is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. We are not sure exactly what is occurring in the image you sent, but there are any number of possibilities. The thing to do is to wait at least 10 minutes after opening your chart and then see if the data is properly updating, given that it is 10 minutes behind. Let us know if you still are seeing some issue. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
