You are using our Delayed Streaming data, so the chart will not match the real-time data, as it is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. We are not sure exactly what is occurring in the image you sent, but there are any number of possibilities. The thing to do is to wait at least 10 minutes after opening your chart and then see if the data is properly updating, given that it is 10 minutes behind.
