Hello

Last month I have activated Denali Pack 12 + CME Non-Professional Certification based on a deal I had with Ironbeam FCM for a real trading account. I've never been connected to the Ironbeam services. In the meantime, I change my broker to Stage5/Advantage. Finally, only yesterday I successfully connected my Sierra account and platform to the Teton Order routing througth Advantage FCM.
Currently I'm facing issues in getting real data. I think the problem is where I declared in my exchange agreement Ironbeam as my broker.
The issues are the followings:

- On the Help/About/..Exchanges List I see the note: CME (trading account required).
- For Mini and Micro S&P 500 I have good data - I see price movement
- For Most of the CME Futures I see black screen
- For GCZ22 (gold) the chart is delayed
- On the Quote Board I see only 0s.

Could you please give me a hand? I think that, probably I should change the agreement with CME.

It is definitely not an issue with the Agreements. Once you have those accepted, then the important thing is that you connect to your trading account at least once a month. Now that you are with Stage5, this is not an issue, and we see that your verification for the CME Non-Professional requirement is up to date (currently good through November 17, 2022).

Everything about your account looks good, so there would have to be something else going on. The first thing we want you to do is to open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update any symbols that were set for a different service to what is needed for your connection to our Teton Order Routing Service.

Let us know if you continue to have issues after you do the above.

I'm still not able to receive data for SPZ22 (S&P500). No data download coming. I have submitted my message log.

Neither of these gets any trades. The CME Group doesn't even list the SP any longer. You can see the quotes for the BB at the following link:
