It is definitely not an issue with the Agreements. Once you have those accepted, then the important thing is that you connect to your trading account at least once a month. Now that you are with Stage5, this is not an issue, and we see that your verification for the CME Non-Professional requirement is up to date (currently good through November 17, 2022).

Everything about your account looks good, so there would have to be something else going on. The first thing we want you to do is to open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update any symbols that were set for a different service to what is needed for your connection to our Teton Order Routing Service.
