real time data with cqg and tradovate account

Hello, I activated my cqg account and logged in with my credentials, giving to me by tradovate, to http://my.cqg.com and acctivated it.. I went to Data/Trade Service settings picked cqg and I got connected but no real time data. went back to denali and still delaied data. I have no idea what to do next. I read every question on the support board about how to get real time data with sierra and i still cannot figure it out. please tell me what to do. I have package 12 denali and an active tradovate account. I want to keep trading through the tradovate account not through sierra for the time being. Tradovate offered me these 2 options and they charged me 15 USD : Below are the two options for which we can connect Sierra Chart: Using Sierra for Charting/Analysis only: Trading possible only via Tradovate – NOT through Sierra Chart $15/month CQG connection fee required Requires a second set of market data – Sierra’s DENALI FEED can be used Using Sierra for TRADING: Trading possible via Sierra only – NOT through Tradovate $15/month CQG connection fee $0.15/side ($0.30/RT) additional CQG order routing fee Requires a second set of market data – Sierra’s DENALI FEED can be used and they charged me 15 USD Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-10-18 19:00:41

The first thing is that you have not setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the data. You need to go through the following instructions, in which you will sign the data feed agreements and activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You will then be able to get the real-time data once that is done. Just be aware that if you are not staying connected to your CQG account, then you will need to connect to it at least once a month in order to validate your CQG account for the purposes of the CME Group requirement for a Non-Professional.
