Denali data not coming in while connected to CQG

Hello, I am an AMP customer. I have Denali for my data and I have CQG for routing set as CQG Web API. In the Data Trade settings I have Allow Support For SC Data Feeds set to Yes. When I have the CQG Web API set as my connection, no data is received. I am on ver 2443. |

Everything looks good in your account, so there is nothing there that would cause any issues. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". The issue is that NO data flows when it's connected to the CQG. I also can't place orders. I've attached the Trade Service log at the bottom.
