https://screenrec.com/share/OT9E20DU36 in this video u can see that the data changes when i reload and recalculate the chart, so the live data that i get is wrong , does this have anything to do with sierra chart , since my propfirm told the that they give me true live market data (uprofittrader/ leeloo)

delta on all candles , numbers withing the bars and some opening und closing prices are changing

There definitely should not be changing data every time you reload the chart because these chart bars are based upon a fixed time.

The difference between Ask Volume and Bid Volume is always going to be consistent in the existing data.

Really it is impossible for the data to change.

Not sure what is happening in your case.

You just have one installation of Sierra Chart on your computer?

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

i have done it just once , but the real time data that i get changes every time when i recalculate and redeownload

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
