There definitely should not be changing data every time you reload the chart because these chart bars are based upon a fixed time. The difference between Ask Volume and Bid Volume is always going to be consistent in the existing data. Really it is impossible for the data to change. Not sure what is happening in your case. You just have one installation of Sierra Chart on your computer? Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
